Choosing a caterer can be an overwhelming choice. There are so many different options available for brides and grooms for food service at their weddings today. Some brides and grooms may have to select a certain caterer if their reception site only uses one particular caterer -- this is done more and more frequently. Don't be concerned: the reception site will be certain this caterer offers excellent service!

If you have more options, you will want to speak to each caterer and ask them some questions about their business. Ask them how many weddings they tend to do every year and how many weddings they do each weekend. While a more experienced caterer may be busier -- there is the chance this caterer will be busy with more than one wedding over the same weekend and will be unable to give you as much personal attention as a smaller caterer. Every choice has its benefits to consider.
